Workfino Marketplace Terms

These terms govern the use of Workfino digital assets, expert services, Jobs, Gigs, Workrooms, Credits and payment features.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information, account security and all activity performed through your account.

Digital Assets

Sellers must own or have commercial rights to listed files. Buyers receive only the license described by the seller. Digital purchases are generally final after download, except where required by law or when a file is demonstrably unusable and cannot be replaced.

Expert Services

Clients and Experts contract directly with each other. Workfino provides marketplace, messaging, Workroom, milestone, payment and dispute tools but is not the employer of either party.

Credits and Earnings

Credits are closed-loop platform value used for eligible digital features and are not withdrawable or transferable. Withdrawable earnings are recorded separately and may be subject to verification, fees, holds and applicable law.

Disputes

Workfino may review platform records and distribute held funds according to completed work, submitted evidence and the applicable workflow.

Liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for their content, contracts, taxes and professional decisions.
