You must use Workfino lawfully, professionally and in a way that protects other users and the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination or illegal activity.
• Malware, credential theft, scraping, automated abuse or attempts to bypass platform security.
• Uploading content that infringes copyright, privacy or other third-party rights.
• Moving protected marketplace transactions off-platform to avoid fees or safeguards.
• Manipulating reviews, views, rankings, Credits, payments or account activity.

Enforcement

Workfino may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with relevant authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
