Freelance Service Terms

These terms apply to Clients and Experts using Jobs, Gigs, interviews, milestones and Workrooms.

Independent Relationship

Experts act as independent contractors. Workfino provides technology and transaction workflows and is not a party to the professional relationship beyond the platform services described here.

On-platform Communication

Keep project communication, files and approvals in Workfino messages and Workrooms so the platform can provide security, records and dispute support.

Funding and Milestones

Clients must fund the required step before work begins. Experts should start only after the Workroom confirms that the step is active and funded.

Delivery, Revisions and Approval

Experts deliver through the relevant milestone. Clients must approve, request a permitted revision or open a dispute within the allowed workflow.

Professional Conduct

Both parties must communicate respectfully, provide accurate requirements, protect confidential information and avoid unlawful or infringing work.
